We also believe that our success can only be attained by the development of strong working relationships ... especially in today's cost-driven world. We are mindful of those concerns covering material and service-related cost structures within our industry; however, we simply refuse to sacrifice the quality and integrity of our performance in order to get there. We very much understand that time truly IS money ... both yours and ours! And, to that end, we refuse to care for yours with any LESS regard than we would otherwise care for ours. Tricia Richardson, Co-Founder & President
As an experienced businesswoman with over two decades in retail client services, marketing, and executive management, Ms. Richardson has developed a tremendous corporate culture upon which CDIS, Inc. was originally founded and established. Our "Client-First" mindset, as she has established, has proven remarkably important in our industry ... one that most would not consider "retail-focused". By implementing her expertise in traditional business management, CDIS has experienced exponential growth, while maintaining the community edge that her retail marketing and management skills have created.
Trever Moyers, Co-Founder & Vice-President
With over 20 years of construction design, implementation, and management experience, Mr. Moyers has developed a tremendous structural capability to impact the cost-effective and time-conscious requirements so very common within the industrial and commercial construction industry of the 21st Century. Having demonstrated an unwavering commitment to customer support and satisfaction on projects ranging in size from retail custom flooring to the "onsite" superintendent responsibilities on projects in size and scope to Parkview Hospital (Fort Wayne, IN), Eskenazi Health, and IU Health Systems (Indianapolis, IN), his experience and expertise in coordinating the special, yet sometimes seemingly-smothering needs of each project, both large and small, has proven to be a remarkable cornerstone to the corporate culture of CDIS, Inc. Using his "Business is Truly About Relationships" motto, he has and continues to create a positive outlook for the company, its clients, employees, and local/regional communities.
